Thank you for choosing Tipplers. We’re here to make your event seamless, stylish, and unforgettable. To ensure everything runs smoothly from booking to final call, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
To secure your event date, we require:
- A completed booking form
- A 20% deposit (non-refundable)
2. Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds
- The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations made within 10 days of the event will be charged the full event fee.
- Cancellations made outside this period will forfeit the deposit only.
3. Final Details & Payments
- Final guest numbers and all event details are due 14 days prior to the event.
- Full payment of the remaining balance is required 14 days before the event.
- Reductions in guest numbers after this point may not result in a price adjustment.
4. Travel & Access
- Events located more than 30 km from Melbourne CBD may incur a travel fee.
- If the event location changes after booking, additional charges may apply.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe and accessible entry for our team, mobile bars, Vespa, and equipment. Delays or limitations due to restricted access may impact setup or service time.
5. Equipment, Glassware & Loss
- Lost or broken glassware will be charged from $5.00 per glass.
- Lost or damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement cost.
- If missing items are returned within 48 hours and in good condition, charges may be waived at our discretion.
6. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Tipplers strictly adheres to RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines.
- Alcohol will not be served to guests under 18 or to any individual who appears intoxicated.
- Valid ID may be requested at any time.
- We reserve the right to cease service in accordance with RSA obligations.
7. Safety, Weather & Conduct
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide adequate shelter or alternative arrangements in the case of bad weather.
- Tipplers do not offer refunds for weather-related disruptions or cancelations.
- Our team reserves the right to cease service and remove equipment if there is a risk to safety, including instances of aggressive behaviour, theft, damage or unsafe conditions.
- No refunds will be provided under these circumstances.
8. Minimum Spend
- Some events may be subject to a minimum spend, based on location, duration and guest count.
- If the minimum spend is not met, the client is responsible for covering the shortfall. This will be clearly outlined during the quoting process.
9. Delays & Event Changes
- If your event start time is delayed by more than 30 minutes, we may reduce service duration accordingly or apply additional charges.
- Requests for additional time, rescheduling or extended service must be made in writing and are subject to availability and added fees.
10. Liability & Insurance
- Tipplers takes all reasonable care during setup, service and pack down. However, we are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from venue conditions, guest conduct, or circumstances beyond our control.
- We maintain full public liability insurance. Certificates can be provided upon request.
11. Intellectual Property
All original cocktail recipes, drink names, menus, styling concepts, and presentation formats created by Tipplers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Tipplers. These may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
If bespoke cocktails or experiences are developed for your event or brand, usage rights apply to that event only. Any further use or replication requires written approval and may be subject to licensing.
Photos of Tipplers cocktails, bar setups, towers, or fountains are welcomed—we simply ask that Tipplers is credited in any public-facing media or content.
